| Our Mission: Is to improve the individual performance until every student, regardless of background or unique needs, is achieving minimally at a proficient level as indicated by mandated state assessments, and is performing at grade level by internal measures. The expectation is that each student will be prepared to perform academically at the next level without remediation. Of equal importance is maintaining an environment which affords the opportunity for appropriate student social development. To gauge the effectiveness of both the academic and social environments, faculty, staff and administration will utilize multiple sources of data and diagnostic tools and employ a wide variety of interventions to spur improvement. The culture of memorial Middle School must be one of continuous improvement where student, and thereby school, success is a shared responsibility. |
